What does it do? Activities include a breakfast club, after-school club, childminders play sessions, stay and play sessions, music groups, baby signing classes, art and craft groups, family support and home visits, parents forum, health visitors and advice.

Who does it work with? Jobcentre Plus, health visiting service, local children's centres, local schools and voluntary sector groups.

How is it funded? General Sure Start grant.
