Children benefit from National Trust free day out

Children from Sure Start North Moor children's centre in Newcastle were among the beneficiaries of an initiative run with the National Trust for a free day out for families who have children under the age of five. They could choose to visit one of three National Trust sites in Northumberland that cannot be easily accessed - Lindisfarne Island (pictured), Cragside House and Wallington Hall - and were provided with free entrance and transport to the property.
