What does it offer? Family learning activities, courses for parents and carers, family support for referred cases including a counselling service, a parenting programme, childcare for people attending courses or with exceptional short-term needs and a range of support groups

Who does it work with? Parents, educational providers, health professionals, children's services, social care and specialist agencies such as drug and alcohol services

Where does its funding come from? The local authority along with donations from Francis C Scott Trust, Children's Fund and Triple P.
