David Flynn, Communications director, National Deaf Children's Society

The National Deaf Children's Society has made David Flynn its communications director. He will head up the communications team and will be involved in the society's international development agency Deaf Child Worldwide. Flynn has a public relations background and was previously a PR manager for London law firm Bircham Dyson Bell for five years.
