Lionel Wallace, Deputy Lieutenant, Hertfordshire County Council

Lionel Wallace has been named as a deputy lieutenant at Hertfordshire County Council. His role will be to assist the lord lieutenant with her duties as the Queen's representative for the county. Wallace is chairman of the Hertfordshire Association for Young People and has been involved with youth work for more than 25 years. He is also a trustee of national charity UK Youth.
