If I were in charge of City Hall, I would come up with a strategy to get the Mayor to listen to young people. Instead of flooding the streets with police, I would go deeper and deal with the real issues. I would assign social services to a different role - they would have to listen to the needs of each family they deal with and focus on ways to restore them to a happier state. Instead...
