YWCA England & Wales has appointed Deborah Annetts as its chief executive. Annetts took up the role at the charity for disadvantaged young women last week. She was previously chief executive at Dignity in Dying, which campaigns for patient choice at the end of life. Before joining the voluntary sector, Annetts was a lawyer specialising in sexual discrimination cases and was a partner of human rights firm, Stephens Innocent.
