Tom Wylie is to quit as chief executive of The National Youth Agency (NYA) after 11 years in the post, leaving the organisation on the lookout for a successor. Wylie informed staff of his decision in an email last week, stating that he plans to step down in “early summer”. The NYA will advertise the position in the new year. The organisation’s 18-strong board, chaired by Roger Sainsbury, will make the appointment.
