Six parish councils are joining forces to lobby Oxfordshire County Council to increase spending on youth services. The campaign is being led by Woodcote Parish Council, which has a new £220,000 youth centre funded by a lottery grant but no youth worker. Woodcote and five other parish councils have agreed to put money into youth services to fund a youth worker to cover all six areas.
