Chief Scout Peter Duncan decorates a statue in London of Robert Baden-Powell with a wig and red nose to signal the Scout Association's support for Comic Relief. Duncan's Red Nose Day make-over of the Scout movement's founder was aided by a quartet of Scouts. Statues of Baden-Powell in Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland also got the Red Nose treatment. Duncan said: "I'm pleased that the Scouts are supporting such an important event." Red Nose Day takes place on Friday 11 March and Scout groups throughout the UK will be holding fundraising events.
