Barnet Youth Service will share a joint chief with the local Connexions partnership following the departure of the head of youth service Dibs Patel. Flo Armstrong, head of Connexions in Barnet, will assume joint responsibility over the youth service and the partnership. Patel has left to become head of youth service at Haringey Council.
