Staff at The National Youth Agency (NYA) will find out in the New Year if they are among the "small number" who will lose their jobs or be redeployed within the organisation. The agency, which employs 65 people and receives total funding of around £7m a year, is taking the action to address an anticipated funding shortfall of approximately £150,000 in its communications functions, which include its enquiries service, library and publications.
