The Daycare Trust has renewed its call for every community to have a children's centre, urging parents and organisations to sign its charter calling for 'a publicly-funded universal expansion of integrated services for all children and families'. The Trust said that the children's centres would bring together good-quality childcare with early years education, family support and health services.
