Children in North Ayrshire's 53 primary schools have the chance to get fit with the Kick Start project launched by deputy sports minister Allan Wilson last week. The joint project between the Scottish Football Association and North Ayrshire Leisure encourages a healthy lifestyle through diet, physical activity and health education and aims to boost children's self-esteem and social and team skills.
