The organisation London Play has received Government approval for parents of children attending its over sevens-settings to access the childcare element of the Working FamiliesTax Credit. London Play's quality assurance scheme, 'Quality in Play', has been approved by the education secretary under the Tax Credit (New Category of Provider) Regulations 1999.
