Persil Stars

Nursery World
29 August 2002

Pre-schools and nurseries could become better equipped for art as Persil becomes the latest big company to sponsor educational resources. From October 'Persil Stars' on most of its packs of washing powder can be exchanged for free art and craft kits. Contents range from paints and brushes to packs of glitter and easels, depending on the number of stars collected. Persil consulted the Pre-School Learning Alliance in developing the venture, which is also supported by the Prince of Wales' Arts and Kids Foundation. Nurseries can register for the scheme on freephone 0800 437 0574.
