Naomi Eisenstadt
Naomi Eisenstadt has been appointed Chief Advisor on Children's Services. She will play a key part in the Every Child Matters programme on improving the quality of policy and practice. Ms Eisenstadt will take up her new role on 1 February and will be replaced as director of the Sure Start Extended Schools and Families Group by Sheila Scales.
