Nursery seeks outdoor time

A pre-school that was ordered to keep children indoors
following complaints about excessive noise is waiting for the green light from
council bosses to reinstate its outdoor play. Jigsaw Pre-school in Fareham,
Hampshire, was asked to reduce the time children spent outdoors to just two
half-hour periods a day after complaints from one local resident in
September.
