In response to Adriano Caria (Letters, 10 November), at Discovery Childcare we work as a team and I am sure that all of the staff members who are part of this team would agree that our standards are high and that they enjoy working here. However, you do get the odd one who will not perform to the standards set down by the team, and this is when we get the problems, as set out in my first letter (22 September).
